(Note: You'll probably lose a little sound quality) You can't download the sound from the demo, but you can record it using external software. I tried out this one by Google and it works pretty good! You can scroll down a bit to see a demo section which allows you to test out the voice. : P (Be careful downloading extensions and things from sketchy websites, though) If you're going to go through all that effort just to convert the voice from the TTS extension to a sound, you might as well get a voice from another website or something and download it / record it and then export that into Scratch. However getting it to record computer audio can be a little tricky, so maybe just use an extension or another website or something that I'm failing to mention. You might be able to use an external website or application to do it. I have a browser extension that lets me do it, but due to a Scratch policy I don't think I can link it, sorry. The way I'd do it is to record the TTS using an external software, then import it to Scratch.
